It’s been a tough year and the pandemic has left young people and disabled adults feeling alone, worried about their well-being and with limited access to community activities. It’s now as important as ever that we’re able to support these individuals by delivering our programmes and training and we’re asking you to help us.
Take part in our #Rowvember Challenge and complete the distance of one of our rowing challenges in your own way to help us reach the target of £7,476 – the miles each individual participant cumulatively would have rowed across all our challenges in 2020.
You could run 8.5 miles in one day, cycle 23 miles across two weeks or if you’re looking to push yourself why not complete 215 miles across the whole month by cycling, swimming and running. Whatever works for you!
How do I take part?
Whichever distance you decide to do and however you do it, thank you for choosing to support The AHOY Centre Charity.
