The HubSpot Subscription Service allows The AHOY Centre to build marketing webpages on our servers where visitors can learn more about the Charity, download content, provide their contact information and other demographic information. This information, which is stored and managed on our service providers’ servers, is used for our own marketing and lead generation. It is also used to contact visitors about their interest in the Charity’s services, activities & training and interact with the Charity.
We use our website to build webpages that people can visit to learn more about our Charities aims & objectives. The information collected is used, disclosed and protected by us according to our privacy policies, and as required by law. We are responsible for correcting, deleting or updating information we have collected from you using our website. If requested to remove data we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Our website does not collect sensitive information. This refers to credit or debit card numbers, personal financial account information, passport numbers, driver’s license numbers or similar personal identifiers, including: racial or ethnic origin, physical or mental health conditions or information, or other employment, financial or health information.

We collect and process payment information from you when you register for our training services, including credit cards numbers and billing information, using third party PCI-compliant service providers, specifically Stripe. Except for this, we do not collect Sensitive Information from you.

Our website is not intended for or targeted at children under 13, and we do not knowingly or intentionally collect information about children under 13. If you believe that we have collected information about a child under 13, please contact us, so that we may delete the information.

If a provider or partner terminates its use of the Subscription Service, then we will provide the provider or partner with access to all information stored for the provider or partner by the Subscription Service, including any Personal Information provided by you, for export by the customer according to our agreement with our provider or partner. After termination, we may, unless legally prohibited, delete all customer information, including your Personal Information, from the Subscription Service.
If we (or our assets) are transferred or acquired by another Charity, whether by merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or otherwise, that Charity would receive all information gathered by The AHOY Centre. In this event, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership, uses of your Personal Information, and choices you may have regarding your Personal Information.
