Function Room

Once we confirm that the time and date you require is available, we will ask you to:

Complete and return a signed copy of the booking form/agreement (scanned copies are acceptable).
Supply a deposit of £250 or half the hire amount, which ever is greater.
Cheques payable to The AHOY Centre, credit cards and cash are accepted.
Provide the full hire amount within 90 days of the date of the function.

Of course we are always here to answer any questions you may have about your event.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Your booking is only confirmed once the centre has received all of the above.
If you would like to hire the room until 11:30 p.m., we will require at least 6 weeks notice of such.
Any damages incurred to The AHOY Centre's property by the customer or his/her guests shall pay AHOY on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
