You can put together your own package or use our Event Planners to take the pressure off and make it that extra special occasion. For a unique entrance you can arrive by river! (subject to tidal heights).
Our Event Planners offer a wide range of services for any type of event.
All charges are inclusive of tables (14) and chairs (100).
Room Hire
The prices listed include:
- Use of the function hall
- Tables (14) and chairs (100)
- Kitchen (excluding cooker + microwave)
- Cloakroom facilities
- Outside balcony overlooking the Thames, Canary Wharf and views of the Greenwich Royal Naval College
- On-site supervisor and cleaning
On Fridays & Saturdays we are licensed until 11:30pm and this can be extended to 12:30am at an additional cost of £200 (see All Day +).
Notes:
Deposit: A 30% deposit secures the date. Full payment must be made 60 days before the event.
Supervision & Cleaning charges: this is included within the costs - there is a separate charge for breakages
Discount on Room Hire: a 10% discount is offered for regular customers (4 or more bookings a year) and a 20% discount for qualifying AHOY volunteers (contact us for details).
Standard Services: We can offer various services for corporate functions, meetings & training.
Event Services: Available via the Events Planner including weddings - parties - full catering - bar staff - waiting staff etc. Our Events Planner will provide you with the service to ensure your event goes smoothly.
