Once we confirm that the time and date you require is available, we will ask you to:

  • Complete and return a signed copy of the booking form/agreement (scanned copies are acceptable).
  • Supply a deposit of 30% to secure the date. Cheques payable to The AHOY Centre, debit and credit cards and cash are accepted. Credit card payments are subject to a handling fee. 
  • Provide full payment within 60 days of the date of the function.

Of course we are always here to answer any questions you may have about your event.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • Your booking is only confirmed once the centre has received all of the above.
  • Any damages incurred to The AHOY Centre's property by the customer or his/her guests shall pay AHOY on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
