The scale of charges is for the use of the function hall, kitchen, outside decking and cloakroom facilities. The charges are inclusive of VAT.
- Short Bookings - minimum time period 3 hours
- Day - 9.00am to 5:00pm
- Week day evening - up to 10:00pm
- Weekend evening - up to 11:30pm
Discount - For block bookings of a minimum of 6 weeks and for more than 2 hours duration deduct £10.00 per hour from the above. Block bookings are Sunday to Thursday only.
Notes:
Cleaning charges: Short bookings 4 hours or less £25 - Long bookings £35 - All parties, weddings and similar functions £45
Discount: a 10% discount is offered for regular customers (6 or more bookings a year) - a 20% discount for AHOY volunteers whose membership carries full voting rights and have been a volunteer for more than 18 months.
Bar Packages: The fee for staffing and stocking the bar is included in the room hire charge.
We work with you to custom stock your bar. You choose the beer, wine and spirits which you and your guests will most enjoy. Once you confirm the drinks of your choice, we will provide you with a quote. Whether you choose to pay for your guests' drinks with an open bar, or decide to have a cash bar, we will serve up the drinks of your choice at very competitive rates.
